about
PUBLISHED PHOTOGRAPHER | CREATIVE DIRECTOR
Jaime Morton-Hawley is a published photographer, creative director, and global content strategist whose work merges visual sophistication with editorial impact. With more than 15 years at the intersection of photography, production, and brand storytelling, her career spans continents, industries, and mediums, shaping narratives that resonate across platforms and audiences.
Her photography and creative direction has graced over 30 magazine covers and more than 150 editorial features in over 10 countries, often blurring the line between campaign and culture. A defining early chapter began in Miami Beach, where Jaime helmed creative direction for a leading men’s publication before co-founding a boutique PR and publishing firm operating between Miami and Dubai. That cross-continental model set the tone for what followed: a career defined by adaptability, authority, and creative precision.
During her nine years in the Middle East, she became a sought-after force in fashion, beauty, hospitality, and tech, directing multi-platform campaigns, leading digital content teams, and establishing herself as a trusted public figure in the region. Her creative leadership shaped initiatives for brands including Laura Mercier, NARS, PrettyLittleThing, Peet’s Coffee, Lululemon, Christian Louboutin, and Max Mara. She served as both collaborator and face of campaigns, often managing production from concept to final edit.
Jaime’s tenure as Content Production Manager at a Dubai-based communications firm saw her lead end-to-end production for regional giants, earning her team the ‘Digital Team of the Year’ award from the PRCA MENA Digital Awards. She also received a Creative Entrepreneurship nomination from the Emirates Finest Business Awards in 2023, an acknowledgment of her role as both practitioner and mentor.
Across roles, from social creative lead for F&B groups to head of social strategy for an international photography event, Jaime has scaled content systems, led high-volume shoots, and trained creative teams in best-in-class production workflows.
She has also moonlighted as a writer, contributing lifestyle articles for print publication WKND Magazine and online features in Cosmopolitan Middle East, as well as contributing to tourism blogs for Sharjah and Ras Al Khaimah tourism boards.
Now stateside, Jaime continues to create for a global audience, balancing hands-on content production with digital education. Her approach remains rooted in clarity, style, and strategy, shaped by a career spent crafting stories that don’t just look good, they last.
