Freedom$oft Forum Is Born
What a heavy week of intense Freedom$oft Customer Support! I was asked to run the back end of the Get Satisfaction Forum for Freedom$oft users while the Freedom$oft developers were doing hard core repairs. I have to say that I am glad that we decided to build our own Forum. The old one was creating some serious difficulties! Sometimes I felt like the Users were getting lost in the Forum, having a hard time finding the answers to their questions. They would post new questions that had already been answered which created a saturation of questions and answers all over the place! It’s kind of like shopping at Ross or TJ Maxx instead of going to Nordstrom. Yes, the discounts are nice but how are you supposed to find anything when half of the store is on the floor?! Well, now we’ve created a custom Freedom$oft Forum where Users can find all of the help they could ever need clearly explained and with pictures. Good idea to add photos, huh? (Say thank you to Hawaii for that one.) Speaking of pictures, when you make a "boo boo" in Freedom$oft, the funniest photo comes up. If you don't have F$, I'll show you just exactly what I'm talking about. Enjoy this:
Now Freedom$oft has two places to find help. They can go inside the Freedom$oft Community where they can talk with other Freedom$oft Users about the business, deals, communicating and help. As for technical Freedom$oft issues, they can visit the help desk and get their questions answered. How nice… to have the help of professionals and their peers. It’s like someone make an all-in-one system or something. Oh wait! Ha Ha…
I have had requests on my Facebook asking me about my photography. I just wanted to post something about that here. Yes, I am in the Real Estate Industry but everyone has to have a passionate hobby or two. One of mine is photography. I always encourage myself and others to be well rounded, to experience things they perhaps haven’t experienced or that they are unfamiliar with to perhaps learn something new about themselves. I have these experiences through my photography. Not only do I get to release my creativity but I get to learn things about myself through my passion. I hope everyone gets to experience this through something in their lives. Far too many people get into the daily grind and forget to experience life. It’s all about priorities for me. Sometimes the priority shifts… sometimes I just need to take a break and shoot the sunset or walk around the zoo and photograph the animals. I breathe in the day and I smile. I shot this photo the other day. Some how this lil' guy got into my studio... wonder how he got there...
I also wanted to make a note about coaching. This was also brought up by Facebook Friends and Freedom$oft Users. I haven’t implemented a coaching program or mentoring. I appreciate all of the suggestions and encouragement to do so but at the moment, Freedom$oft is taking up a majority of my time. This is something I cannot consider until after the Freedom$oft Live Event in March. I know that the Event is going to be spectacularly fabulous and I hope to see all of you all there!
