Lee Kearny is one of the top REO Investors in Tampa. To be honest with you, I don’t know anyone in Tampa that does more business in REO's than he does. If you can name someone that flips over 20 properties a month, every month, without fail, let me know. I’ll give the guy a call and add him to my rolodex.
Anyway, Preston and Lee came out with a product/course called The REO RockStar. And, working for Preston, I had the pleasure of taking the course. Needless to say, Real Freedom immediately implemented Lee’s strategies to our business. I felt like taking the couse was like cheating the game, like I was getting insider stragetigies from the best in the biz. Very cool.
