My 1st Deal!

The first deal I ever did closed in December 2008. I received a check that was double my monthly salary. I freaked out! It was the first time I had a taste of the potential that Real Estate Investing could provide for me. If I could learn as much as possible from Pete, I could become a full time investor and produce multiple checks every month.

To be honest, It was truly an eye opening experience. I couldn’t ever look back. I developed a standard for myself that day, a level of confidence arose in me and I knew that soon I would be in a position to become financially free.

It was always my goal to be financially free... how about yours? What are your goals?
