A New Era...
After getting a crash course education for the past 2 years in Real Estate Investment, Wholesaling and Flipping, I’ve transitioned into property leasing and management. Becoming well rounded in the Real Estate Investment field is a strong goal of mine that I am to hit as soon as possible.
As I’ve transitioned, I’ve allied myself with one of the most successful Real Estate Property Leasing and Management companies of Tampa Bay. Working with Pristine Bay Realty and Nick Smyka has been quite the crash course itself. I am overwhelmed by their success and excited to be the newest part of the team.
As for my website, I’ve definitely re-vamped it, as you can tell! It was quite the project so I am excited to debut all of the updates!
