My Name is Jaime Morton Hawley and I specialize in Property Leasing and Management. My career in Real Estate began in 2007 working with Nations Real Estate, a company that focused on BPO’s for Bank REO properties. The company used Real Estate Assistants (like myself) and Real Estate Agents to do these assessments for countless banks that had properties in foreclosure. I gained experience working with a statewide company with a unique specialty that catered to the specific economic time. It was a great stepping-stone for my career and quite an education.

In 2008, I began working with Real Freedom Properties, Inc. run by famous Real Estate Investor and Financial Engineer Pete Skouras and Renowned Real Estate Information Guru Preston Ely. Helping to manage an extremely successful Real Estate Investment company while aiding in the creation of a widely successful online software programmed called FreedomSoft, was a once in a lifetime experience.

Now I work with one of the most successful Real Estate Leasing and Management companies in all of Tampa Bay. Pristine Bay leases and manages properties for Investment Landlords and for Homeowners that need to rent their second home or vacation properties.
